The role

As an Account Manager in our Return Customer team, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer. This involves understanding the customers previous facilities and assisting with new applications to re-activate these relationships. 

 

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for managing & growing existing relationships
  • Understanding a business owner’s needs & requirements, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  • Negotiate with stakeholders (both internal & external)
  • Managing the re-activations and accounts within a dedicated portfolio

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated success within previous sales and/ or account management roles
  • Phone-based sales experience (Ideally B2C or B2B)
  • Be adaptable with your communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven history of attaining & exceeding monthly targets & KPIs
  • Internal stakeholder management experience
  • Capacity to have financial conversations with business owners, maintaining a high level of commercial acumen
  • Financial services experience is advantageous, but not required.
